Karis Revitalization Resident (October 2018-Present)
As a Karis Revitalization Resident, I have had a number of evolving duties, leadership, and development phases.The purpose of this position was to help Karis transition to new facilities and help to develop and implement strategies to 1) Increase the missional impact of the acquired facility and improve its function, 2) Re-orient the church culture to a have a deeper relational mission towards the community of the First Ward, 3) Develop effective Gathering operations and designs, and 4) Assist pastoral and non-pastoral staff and ministries through the transition phase.
